We have a network of trusted and reliable contractors, who can attend to all manner of problems giving you peace of mind, however we will happily deal with your own contact should you have a preferred contractor, any item in the property under guarantee or if you have a maintenance service contract for the property or central heating.

Out of hours

We have an out of hours emergency service for tenants to use if the need arises. The call out will be assessed by the operative to deem if it is indeed an emergency and they will only attend if strictly necessary.
